The hotel offered a great Christmas experience with lots of fun activities for the entire family. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers within close proximity. The kids' activities were enjoyable and brought a lot of energy to the atmosphere.
The quality of the breakfast could be improved, and the food options were limited. The rooms were slightly outdated and in need of renovation.

the rooms were spacious and well-designed, with exclusive amenities that provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing, with sun loungers and a beautiful garden area where I could relax. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, providing a full body massage that left me refreshed and rejuvenated. the restaurant was excellent, with a special diet menu that catered to my needs.
The only minor issue I had was with the service at the restaurant. Although the food was great, the wait staff were a bit slow in taking my order.

During my recent stay at a hotel in this city, I was blown away by the hotel facilities, the delicious breakfast, and the warm and attentive staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy and fresh. I was also impressed by the variety of hotel facilities available, including a great pool area that was perfect for families with children. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of options to choose from, including a custom poached egg dish made especially for me by the chef. What really stood out, however, was the staff. They were incredibly kind and were always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Nothing; everything was great.

I recently spent my Thanksgiving holiday at a lovely hotel on Jeju Island. the facilities were very impressive, with a variety of restaurants to choose from and a nearby shopping mall for convenience. One of the best aspects of my stay was the location - I was close to a theme park that was perfect for entertaining my kids. the hotel offered a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that was perfect for taking a dip, though admittedly it was chilly walking to it in the cooler weather.
There were a few things that weren't up to par. the housekeeping staff seemed a bit forgetful and missed a few details during their cleaning services.

Personalized Birthday Surprise at Marriott
During my recent stay at Jeju Shinhwa World, my birthday was made extra special by the thoughtful staff at Marriott. They surprised me with a small cake and a heartfelt birthday card. The room was spacious with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the resort's close proximity to the theme park provided ample opportunities for entertainment. Although a few places of interest required a taxi ride, it was worth it for the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of healthy options. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony and the outdoor pool.
There were some noisy areas in the hotel that were disruptive to our relaxation time.
